Project Overview
The Tatlısu Project is a low-density premium coastal residence in the Tatlısu region of Northern Cyprus. Under the name “Verde Mare – Live by Nature,” the project combines Mediterranean seaside living with a wellness-oriented architectural approach that is deliberately embedded in the surrounding nature and forest landscape.
The location is exceptional: the residence sits directly on the sea, with its own deck and pier access, surrounded by protected forest land that permanently ensures unobstructed views and generous green space. Behind it rise the mountains, forest flanks the property on the sides, and ahead the view opens onto the open Mediterranean Sea.
