The project “Olivia Garden” is located in a quiet, cozy and picturesque place, Northern Cyprus, among olive trees, just 500 meters from the sea, in a town called Lapta. Lapta is a place, in addition to its incredible beauty, is also a place with an ancient history, here walking in the mountains or along the seashore you can stumble upon ancient artifacts. It is in Lapta that the mountains and the sea are as close as possible to each other, creating a unique mixed sea and mountain air, and incredibly beautiful landscapes are simply mesmerizing.

The complex will have a communal swimming pool and a relaxation area around the pool. And each villa also has its own 30m2 swimming pool. Around the Complex there will be decorative fencing and lighting, landscaping, parking. The houses will use top class materials and specification. Waterproofing system on the roof and in the foundation, hydrofoil water supply system. The walls of houses are made of concrete, with natural stone trim. A barbecue system made of natural stone will be installed on the roof and on the terrace, electricity and water supply will be connected.
